The modernity of the image in its graphic structure is highlighted by the elevated perspective and the position of the street lamp on the left image border. As visible when comparing both pictures (see S_0443), some time passed between the shots, probably taken from the window of the artist’s flat or studio.
Here the dynamic of the picture is emphasized by the placement of the two women.
