Comment

Photograph of the main tribune under construction at the Zeppelin Field on the NSDAP Party Rally Grounds. The area in the southeast of Nuremberg was planned by Albert Speer. From 1933 to 1938 the NSDAP's rallies took place there.
The main tribune is the only completed building on the grounds.
Karl Hugo Schmölz documented the destruction in Cologne after his war service with his large-format camera in a similarly strictly objective manner. For many architects in the Rhineland, he subsequently created an impressive documentation of the reconstruction of Cologne.
