See Fritz Simak, "Körperlandschaften" 1978 (S-264) shows the same detail (shoulder with clavicle). In Gibson’s picture this part of the body becomes an abstract, flat structure due to the soft light as well as the technique used, the photogravure. In Simak’s picture body forms are specially pointed out in their plasticity due to the hard light.
